Behold Christ is an independent, non-denominational church based in Ballyduff.
We are a Jesus-centred, Bible-based fellowship, committed to holding to the truth of Scripture regardless of culture, trends, or political climate.
We don’t preach the false dichotomy “it’s not a religion, it’s a relationship”. Instead, we affirm the true, biblical form of religion that nurtures our relationship with God through the forgiveness of sins by the blood of Christ and the empowering of every believer by His Holy Spirit.
Unlike many churches that follow a familiar pattern of worship, sermon, and dismissal, our desire—by God’s grace and provision—is to create a space where every believer can actively participate, not only sit and listen week after week.
You are welcome to simply listen and observe, but where there is a desire, we also make room for people to share testimonies, experiences, and even a word of encouragement, as we seek to equip and empower believers to live for Christ in ways that many traditional formats do not.
We encourage genuine interaction during messages—both from our speakers and from the congregation. Our aim is real openness and fellowship, where we can lovingly challenge one another, speak the truth in love, and see every person built up in Christ.
We have a particular heart for those who have been hurt in other church settings—through injustice, bullying, or spiritual abuse—and we seek to be a place where every person is valued, loved, and treated with dignity.
